We are looking for an experienced and passionate General Duty Assistant (GDA) Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to students enrolled in healthcare skilling programs. The trainer will be responsible for equipping learners with the theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and professional attitude needed to serve as competent GDAs in hospitals, nursing homes, and home care settings..

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct engaging and interactive classroom and practical sessions as per the curriculum standards.
  • Ensure effective delivery of topics related to patient care, basic nursing skills, infection control, patient hygiene, mobility support, vital signs monitoring, and more.
  • Prepare lesson plans, session notes, and evaluation plans.
  • Conduct assessments (written, oral, practical) to evaluate student learning.
  • Guide and mentor trainees during on-the-job training (OJT) or clinical exposure.
  • Maintain student attendance, discipline, and performance records.
  • Organize guest lectures, field visits, and awareness activities to enhance learning.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and training guidelines (e.g., NSDC, SSC, PMKVY).
  • Provide feedback for continuous improvement of the training program.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Diploma or Degree in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent healthcare qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical practice or training in the healthcare sector.
  • Prior experience in delivering skill-based training (GDA or healthcare domain) preferred.
  • Knowledge of current healthcare practices, infection control, and patient safety protocols.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, internet).
  • Certification as a GDA Trainer (optional but preferred).
