As an External Member, you will be responsible for supporting organizations in upholding a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free work environment by participating in complaint redressal, offering guidance on due process, and ensuring legal compliance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in law, social work, human rights, women’s rights, or workplace safety.
- Prior experience in handling POSH inquiries or acting as an External Member (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the POSH Act, 2013 and practical experience with IC proceedings.
- Excellent judgment, neutrality, and written communication skills.
