Job Summary:

The Administration, Infrastructure, Procurement, and Setup Manager will oversee the administrative operations, infrastructure management, procurement processes, and infrastructure setup for the organization. This role demands a dynamic professional capable of multitasking and coordinating across teams, with a willingness to travel to various locations as required.

Key Responsibilities:


Administration and Operations:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures.
  • Supervise office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Monitor budgets related to administrative activities and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Infrastructure Management:

  • Oversee maintenance, repair, and optimization of office facilities and infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all locations.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for facility management and related services.

Procurement:

  • Plan and execute procurement strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
  • Identify and negotiate with vendors, ensuring cost-effective and quality supply chain solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and contracts.

Infrastructure Setup:

  • Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure setup for new offices, facilities, or projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors for timely and efficient execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address challenges to ensure timely delivery.

Travel Coordination:

  • Visit Centers & offices as needed to oversee operations.
  • Ensure on-site support and adherence to organizational standards during setup or execution.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administration, procurement, or infrastructure management (7+ years preferred).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with procurement or project management tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to support organizational requirements.
