Bright Future India is inviting students and fresh graduates from Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies, and related fields to join us as a Trainee – Research & Data Support. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in research, data analysis, field engagement, and programme monitoring within the development sector.
Position: Trainee – Research & Data Support
Duration: 8 Weeks
Stipend: ₹15,000 per rmonth

Key Responsibilities
- Support data collection activities through surveys, interviews, focus group discussions, and field visits.
- Assist in quantitative and qualitative data analysis to generate actionable insights for programme improvement.
- Conduct quality checks of calls and data records to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Provide Excel-based support for reporting, dashboards, data management, and tracking.
- Assist in preparing research summaries, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with programme teams to support monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities.

Eligibility
- Students pursuing or recently completing Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, or related programmes.
- Basic understanding of research methods and data analysis.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel will be an added advantage.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to meaningful social impact initiatives.
